On the occasion of the 18th Dubrovnik Forum 2025 on the theme “Channeling Change”, which once again brought together leaders, policymakers and experts to discuss pressing global challenges and opportunities, including the President of the International Climate Action Institute and the Special Advisor/Envoy for Climate Action of the Republic of Croatia, Ms. Marija Pujo Tadić.
The white flower of Srebrenica stands out – a tribute to the victims of the 1995 genocide, symbolizing life, hope, and memory.
Therefore, we once again extend our great gratitude to the historian and moderator Domagoj Knežević for reminding us, together with his brave panelists and witnesses, of the Split Declaration and how open Croats were to the suffering of Bosnians.
Key events included over 17 panel discussions on diverse topics, such as global security, artificial intelligence, transatlantic cooperation, and the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU. Additionally, a special focus was placed on peace, dignity, and reconstruction in a world facing rapid transformation and uncertainty, including climate change.
Also followed were interesting sessions on the Three Seas Initiative and European defence capabilities, as well as cooperation with Africa and Asia.
