Manuela Šola

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, Manuela Šola furthered her education at the School for Personal and Organizational Development, the London School of Public Relations (LSPR), and the Cotrugli Business School. She founded one of the leading communication agencies in the region, Komunikacijski laboratorij, in 2004.

She is an active member of various relevant professional and business associations such as the Croatian Employers’ Association, where she serves as the Chair of the Supervisory Board. She participates in the assembly of the Croatian Association of Market Communication Companies (HURA!) and is a member of the Croatian Public Relations Association. Under Manuela Šola’s leadership, Komunikacijski laboratorij is one of the co-founders of the regional agency network SEEnthesis.

Šola has been selected as an ambassador for female entrepreneurship within the Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors project. The Croatian Managers’ Association – CROMA, recognized her work and awarded her the Anton Nino Cerin Award for the best young manager in 2009. With her extensive industry experience, she contributes to the quality of numerous domestic and international competitions as part of the jury. This year, she is the president of the jury for the Young Lions Croatia competition powered by Elan.

Komunikacijski laboratorij offers integrated public relations services, event organization, social media communication, and specialized crisis communication simulation services. They are the organizers of the internationally acclaimed Future Tense project, a conference that brings together global futurists to discuss shaping the future of business, as well as the GIG conference, the first Croatian conference on the gig economy and platform work. The agency employs 25 professionals, and its esteemed client list includes leading global companies such as Nestlé Adriatics, PlayStation, Visa, Glovo, Infinum, McDonald’s, Rasco, Knauf Insulation, and many others.
