BIOGRAPHY

Ivana Krajinović graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb in 2005, majoring in accounting. She currently holds the title of Assurance Partner and is the head of financial accounting advisory services and sustainability services at EY Croatia, which she joined in 2004. He is an authorized auditor of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors, an associate of the Association of Certified Certified Accountants (FCCA), an authorized auditor of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and an authorized auditor of the Federal Ministry of Finance of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her skills include extensive knowledge and experience in reporting according to Croatian Financial Reporting Standards (HSFI) as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IASE International Sustainable Business (ISB) Professional Certificate (2023). Leads advisory services for sustainability reporting (ESG, ESRS, CSRD, EU taxonomy) and audits of sustainability reports. In addition, she has excellent managerial and organizational skills, capable of leading projects and teams. Ivana has extensive knowledge and experience in auditing and other consulting services and with clients from various industries, especially telecommunications, retail and wholesale, real estate, industrial and consumer products. She led numerous engagements in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and worked with a number of domestic and international clients. As an audit methodology expert in the Zagreb office, she is responsible for helping auditors with questions and concerns regarding EY’s methodology. In addition to many business engagements, Ivana leads projects related to the implementation of ESEF reporting regulations, EU taxonomy and sustainability reporting for various listed companies in Croatia, as well as ESG projects that primarily include non-financial and sustainability reporting and the EU taxonomy.
