Croatian Post has become a member of the International Institute for Climate Action (IICA), further confirming its strategic orientation towards sustainable development and green transition.
As a leading national provider of postal and logistics services with more than 8,800 employees, Croatian Post operates more than 1,000 branches, 300 parcel machines, and a fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles, 400 of which are electric.
In line with the Pošta2025 strategy(30), Croatian Post systematically manages the main factors of sustainable business through investments in the decarbonization of its fleet, increasing energy efficiency, producing renewable energy sources and developing its own network of charging stations.

Croatian Post is continuously reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Croatian Post has also joined the Science-Based Target Initiative (SBTi), within which it has defined scientifically based goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
The development of sustainable business operations of Croatian Post has also been recognized at the international level. As a signatory of The Climate Pledge initiative, Croatian Post is committed to achieving climate neutrality by 2040 – 10 years before the goal defined by the Paris Agreement.
