BIOGRAPHY

Martina Maldini Veronek graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, where in 2010 she worked as a law trainee in a law office. In 2012 she passed the Bar Exam and became an attorney at law. In 2016, Martina passed the trademark attorney exam before the State Intellectual Property Office. Moreover, she passed the Intellectual Property Management course before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

She worked as an attorney at law in a law firm where she performed various types of legal work, represented domestic and foreign clients before the court and other state bodies, drafted various types of contracts, performed due diligence of the companies, provided legal advice and opinions to domestic and foreign companies in their day-to-day business.

In 2021, she worked at Dukat as a legal advisor, where she performed the tasks of drafting decisions and minutes in the work of the company’s board, regulated procedures for the purpose of harmonizing the company’s operations with domestic and foreign legal regulations, drafted all types of contracts, provided legal assistance to organizational units (finance, sales, HR, logistics, treasury, procurement, etc.).

Since 2022, Martina has been volunteering at the Stop Ecocide International association to promote and spread awareness of Ecocide as an international crime and at the Croatian Association of Digital Publishing (HUDI) as president of the Legal Regulation Committee.
